Unique Cottages were prompt in communicating and gave us clear access instructions for the cottage. I was less impressed with the policy of restricting free electricity consumption to the first £25 in a week, after which more is payable. Take note of their insurance terms too: you are only covered for death of a relative if they are 75 or younger. My mother is 96.
Unique Cottages have always been a great service, we have used them many times. We were given clear instructions on how and when to enter the property and advance warning of some electricity downtime they would be experienced due to recent storms.
