Lochaber & Ardnamurchan
Heading north from Oban, you come to Lochaber, a stunning area of mountains, glens and sea inlets which witnessed some of the most dramatic events in Scotland’s history. Some of the blackest deeds took place here in Glencoe, which retains its brooding presence even now when it is a mecca for climbers and skiers.

Beautiful Countryside to Explore
Fort William is the main town, nestled in the shadow of Ben Nevis, another must for climbers, mountain bikers and skiers. To the west is the Road to the Isles winding past Glenfinnan, where Prince Charlie raised his standard for the '45 rebellion, to the silver sands of Arisaig and Morar. The area also encompasses Ardnamurchan, that wild and lovely peninsula stretching to the westernmost point of mainland Britain.
Fort William & Lochaber
Lochaber refers to a large area that includes Fort William on the shores of Loch Linnhe.
Morar & Knoydart
Morar is a small village with its now legendary silver sands. Knoydart is a peninsula that is accessed only by ferry.
Sunart, Moidart & Ardnamurchan
Loch Sunart is a 20 mile long sea water loch bordered by the beautiful Ardnamurchan peninsula.
