This cosy first-floor apartment features a bright and comfortable combined lounge, kitchen and dining area with large diamond lattice windows, giving it a gothic feel and offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape.

The well-equipped kitchen includes modern amenities including a dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, and fridge freezer. Electric heating ensures a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout.

Comfortably accommodating up to four guests, this unique retreat offers a double bedroom with ensuite facilities and an additional double bedroom, complemented by a separate bath and shower room with heated towel rails.

Nestled among trees and by the riverbank, the church enjoys a secluded setting. Guests have access to the Clunie river at the property location, offering the perfect opportunity to try your hand at fishing. Permits can be obtained from the caravan park or Invercauld estate.

While there are steps leading down from the grounds, easier access is available from a car park just a short distance down the road.
