You will find the Old Perfumery in a stunning location on the shores of Loch Ewe, surrounded by beautiful Highland scenery. There is a large private car park with ample space for several cars.

This tastefully designed retreat is all on one level and fully accessible. The spacious open-plan living space flows seamlessly, with a comfortable seating area with a wood-burning stove for cosy nights in, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with laundry facilities for added convenience. This welcoming space is designed for socialising and relaxing while enjoying the stunning views.

The four generously sized bedrooms comfortably cater to up to four guests, offering two king-size beds, a double bed, each featuring an ensuite shower room, and a twin room with a conveniently located shower room across the hall.

Spend sunny afternoons on the patio soaking in the sights and sounds of nature, with the chance to spot otters on the beach below. When the weather calls for indoor pursuits, cosy up by the wood burner or enjoy the games room complete with DVDs and games consol.

The Old Perfumery enjoys beach access via a short path from the house, perfect for lazy days and picturesque sunsets. It is also only 0.75 miles away from Mellon Charles beach.

Explore the area with various local walks, ranging from a short stroll down to the beach to a 20-minute hike up a nearby hill. From the summit, enjoy a breathtaking 360-degree view stretching from the Outer Hebrides to the mountains of Sutherland, including iconic landmarks like An Teallach and the Torridon mountains, as well as Isle Ewe and the Outer Hebridean islands of Harris and Lewis.

For outdoor enthusiasts, there are many walks in the local area of varying difficulty. If you enjoy water sports, you can hire canoes and kayaks from a local business; ‘Ewe Canoe’. There are also a range of stunning bike trails in and around the local area, such as the Aultbea loop from Laide.
