Step into the cottage through the enclosed front garden with a quaint white picket fence, where you'll find glass double doors leading to the cosy sitting room, complete with comfortable sofas and a TV. From here there is open access to the spacious open-plan kitchen dining area, featuring modern amenities including a cooker, dishwasher, toaster, microwave and a Magimix coffee pod machine.

The living area is skilfully designed to encourage socialising while providing generous space for relaxing. Glass doors seamlessly link the kitchen area and inviting dining space to the decking, providing the perfect opportunity to enjoy stunning views while preparing meals or dining with loved ones.

Enjoy the convenience of having a downstairs WC and shower room, strategically located next to the back door. Additionally downstairs features a spacious king-sized double bedroom with an ensuite shower room with a rainforest shower head and heated towel rails, ensuring utmost comfort and convenience during your stay.
