Sea View House offers a truly unique self-catering holiday experience on the south of the Isle of Harris. With stunning panoramic views across the Sound of Harris towards North Uist, Skye, and the surrounding Western Isles, this traditional Harris stone cottage provides a perfect retreat by the sea, just 2 miles from Leverburgh.

Step into Sea View House and discover a harmonious blend of contemporary elegance and artistic character. Throughout the cottage, beautiful hand-painted murals by a renowned local artist add to its unique charm.

The cottage accommodates up to 4 guests comfortably, with two spacious en-suite bedrooms thoughtfully positioned for privacy, along with an additional ground-floor WC for added convenience.

The spacious open-plan living has been thoughtfully designed for relaxation and entertainment, a great space for cooking, chatting, watching the waves or otter and sea eagle spotting from the deep window seats. Curl up by the wood-burning stove in the cosy sitting area with a leather sofa, Eames chairs & footstools and large smart TV.

The fully equipped kitchen, with a Smeg gas hob, oven, dishwasher, Siematic units and granite countertops, welcomes culinary adventures with its modern appliances and ample dining space. There is also a washer and dryer for added convenience.

Unwind in the separate, spacious sitting room, with comfortable velvet sofas, study/working area with an antique mahogany desk, small library, games and a unique feature French oak antique 'castle' fireplace with wood-burning stove and more window seats with stunning sea views.

The master 'waterlily' suite occupies the entire first floor and boasts an extra-long Auping king-sized bed and an ensuite with a double spa bath, infrared sauna, and expansive sea views. The ground floor 'machair' bedroom offers comfortable twin beds and a walk-in power shower with a rainfall shower head. All beds have hypoallergenic ‘down feel’ duvets and pillows for added comfort and assurance.

Outside, the garden provides a tranquil setting to soak in the sea views, while roadside parking for two cars ensures convenience for guests.
